Soul Medicine was birthed after coming out of one of the darkest moments in my life. I felt like I was blocked and I really wanted to break free! I had a yearning inside to re-connect with my creativity again. So I dived into painting as a way to process my emotions and it felt SO good!

HOW IT WORKS

• Send me an email and let me know if you wish to do the session in the Ballarat Studio or Online via Zoom

• Choose a date and time to participate

• In the mean time I will place an order for your special art box full of creative goodies for your session with me (allow approx 3 weeks)

• Set aside 2 hours to dive deep into the process with me
